The wooden bowls of tuyu come from Warunee´s workshop in Thailand, at 30 minutes from Chiang Mai, employing 17 people of whom 5 are women. The employees can count on a stable income and social benefits. This is no luxury in this area, where the members of the traditional tribes often live in poverty. The company pays much attention to an environment friendly production.
